Empty common area trash containers as needed Safely operates vehicles & other equipment for the purpose of performing job duties Other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications: Ability to endure fluctuations in temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work Ability to respond to business needs after normal business hours.
