注:该岗位长期在海外办公(德国) 岗位职责: 1、负责公司产品在海外市场的销售,制定海外销售策略、销售计划及销售目标,跟踪销售回款; 2、负责海外市场开拓、渠道建立、客户寻访及市场推广活动的策划组织,扩大销售额,提高市场占有率; 3、负责客户开发、寻访、价格谈判及日常维护,主导客户项目的跟踪及支持; 4、收集同行业海外市场反馈和客户意见,调查市场及行业竞品信息,对产品优化和开发提出建设性建议,促进公司制定更加合理的产品策略、市场策略; 5、负责海外客户的来访接待、客户审核对接等事宜; Job responsibilities: 1.Be responsible for the sales of the company's products in overseas markets, formulate overseas sales strategies, sales plans and sales targets, and track sales returns; 2.Be responsible for overseas market development, channel establishment, customer search and marketing activities planning and organization, expand sales and improve market share; 3.Be responsible for customer development, searching, price negotiation and daily maintenance, leading the tracking and support of customer projects; 3.Collect feedback of overseas markets and customer opinions in the same industry, investigate competitive products, offer constructive suggestions on product optimization and development, and promote the product and market strategies; 4.Be responsible for overseas customers visit, customer audit reception matters; 任职要求: 1、本科以上学历,机械设计、自动化、电子、市场、营销等相关专业优先; 2、有意愿从事销售工作,英语熟练沟通; 3、工作积极主动,良好的沟通协调能力,团队合作精神、谈判能力、责任心、抗压能力、目标导向。 Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical design, Automation, Electronics, Marketing and other related majors preferred; 2.Willing to engage in sales work, proficient in English communication; 3.Good communication and coordination skills, team spirit, negotiation ability, responsibility, ability to work under pressure, goal orientation.
