Description The Merchandise Processor is a very demanding position that requires the continuous lifting of up to 25lbs/11kgs. It requires steady, fast-paced work and focuses on the correct picking/packing of many items. Associates stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Selecting the correct product and the number of products to fulfill store needs is the focus of this position. The ability to match, count and verify products are needed skills. In addition, other benefits include: Paid holidays beginning on day one 40% discount on all of our brands Safe, temperature-controlled work environment $200 Referral Bonus Mental Health Support Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Job Responsibilities Follow department SOP’s to accurately count pick, pull and pack inventory Apply basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, and accurately fulfill orders Operate a computer/tablet, RF scanner, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and/or manual tracking information to facilitate the flow of inventory through the DC Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment Lifting cases, cartons and inventory up to and down from conveyor lines or storage areas. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously throughout the entire shift, including lifting items both above and below shoulder level Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment When necessary, individual is flexible and willing to work in other areas of the DC Minimum Salary: $17.00 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
