Restaurant Managing Partner

Compensation Base Pay: 65,000.00 - 65,000.00 Key Responsibilities Lead front‑of‑house (FOH) and hospitality (HOH) execution standards. Exceed all operational expectations and deliver exceptional results. Maintain a family‑friendly, fun atmosphere while serving gourmet burgers and sides. Own daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the team. Paid time off accrued at 1:40 ratio to hours worked. Qualifications Minimum 21 years old. At least 2 years of management experience in a restaurant setting. Open availability, including nights, weekends, holidays. Reliable transportation. Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a passionate team. Strong P&L management knowledge. Required certifications/permits as mandated by state/local law. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Preferred: Knowledge of local and state health codes; experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules; experience managing a team.
