Trauma-Informed DV/SV Counselor — Hybrid 35-hr Week

Ywcade seeks a SARC Counselor to empower women by delivering crisis counseling services primarily for domestic and sexual violence survivors in New Castle County, Delaware. This role involves providing individual and group therapy, alongside coordinating with law enforcement and community partners. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least one year of experience in human services. A passion for the YWCA mission and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
