The Remote Recruiter supports entry-level talent acquisition activities by sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial outreach, coordinating candidate communication, and helping move qualified applicants through the recruiting process. Source potential candidates through approved recruiting channels. Review applications and candidate information against role requirements. Communicate with candidates about recruiting next steps. Coordinate interviews and recruiting activities. Track candidate progress through the recruiting workflow. Follow up with candidates regarding outstanding information. Document candidate interactions in recruiting systems. Help maintain organized talent pipelines. Communicate recruiting updates to the appropriate team members.
