Brief Details of the Position Under the supervision of a licensed professional, this position provides support to the instructional process by assisting in the instruction, rehearsals and/or performances of instrumental music students. Compensation Rate of Pay: $30.83 Schedule Hours per Day: As Needed Days Per Year: As Needed Benefits No Benefits Duties Prepare students for performances as soloists or ensemble members. Supervise sectional rehearsals and ensembles. Prepare groups for participation in school performances, festivals, clinics, parades, etc. Qualifications Involves knowledge and experience of instrumental music techniques and performance practices, ability to develop musicianship in a classroom setting, familiarity with instrumental music ensembles and different instruments, ability to read and interpret music notation, effectively work with all students, and maintain confidentiality. #J-18808-Ljbffr Blue Valley School District
