Overview Select Savvy is looking for a dedicated School Social Worker for a full-time, on-site position in Flossmoor, IL. This role focuses on supporting students’ well-being while working closely with school staff in a collaborative environment. Address concerns within the school setting, including peer conflict, behavioral difficulties, and overall well-being. Keep accurate and confidential documentation regarding student health and progress. Partner with families, teachers, and staff to promote positive student outcomes. Develop and carry out intervention plans for students experiencing challenges at home or in school. Track and report on student growth, behavior, and engagement. Connect students and families with appropriate community or mental health resources. Stay current on best practices in youth mental health and behavioral support. Provide educators with strategies for engaging and supporting students who may be at risk.
