Bilingual Paralegal - Part Time

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal to support our legal team. You will work closely with our attorneys from the beginning of a case through the end, including if it goes to trial. Candidates must have extensive experience with opening files, mailing out letters of representation, collecting medical records, and speaking directly to clients and insurance adjusters. You also need to be able to multi-task several assignments under tight deadlines, and be proficient in "word" documents.
Responsibilities
- Opening files, writing letters, speaking to clients and insurance adjusters
- Help lawyers prepare personal injury files
- Develop and follow a case file indexing system that can be used as an active archive for all ongoing and completed cases
Qualifications
- Spanish Speaking
- Experience with Personal Injury Law
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication and organization skills
