Job Overview Raytheon is seeking a Manufacturing/Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift. This front‑line supervisor role reports directly to the Operations Manager and supports production, business, and other processes in a team‑based manufacturing environment. The Supervisor works across production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. Responsibilities include training team members in core skill areas and interacting with internal and external customers regarding product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. Typical experience is in electronics repair operations, such as High Voltage, Digital, Analog, and RF. What You Will Do Direct the day‑to‑day planning, executing, and controlling of resources (people, material, processes, technology, equipment, etc.) required to produce or repair products or services aligned with Operations work content. Ensure department performance aligns with business metrics and implement corrective actions as needed. Oversee fabrication and sustainment efforts in the assigned department, ensuring all assets are properly managed through the process from receipt to shipping. Support and drive continuous improvements to operations, paying particular attention to employee safety, morale, communication assurance, and functional teaming. Facilitate teaming relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication between Operations and support teams. Ensure that the required resources, tools, and training are provided to Operations personnel. Initiate disciplinary actions in consultation with HR and Operations leadership and perform individual performance evaluations as required. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience. Leadership, supervisory, operations, and/or manufacturing experience required. Qualifications We Prefer Ability to lead and/or manage people ideally in a test & manufacturing or electrical/mechanical repair depot. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with a government contractor is ideal. Salary Range $68,900 – $131,100 USD. This range reflects all experience levels and considers factors such as role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education, and key skills.
