Were building AI agents that work reliably in productionnot just in demos. As our Applied AI Engineer youll own the infrastructure that helps agents handle complex tasks retain useful context and know when to bring in a human.
Youll ship to production in your first week and help shape how our agents plan remember fail and recover.
What youll do
- Build infrastructure for reliable agent execution across long multi-step tasks.
- Design retrieval and memory systems that make messy operational data useful over time.
- Develop evaluation harnesses teams can trust when deciding whats ready to ship.
- Improve production systems through the full cycle: build measure test fix and learn.
- Work with customers and use real-world feedback to strengthen agent performance.
- Take ownership across infrastructure orchestration customer collaboration and hiring.
Requirements
What were looking for
- 3 years of relevant experience building and shipping production AI systems.
- Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with agent orchestration .
- Experience building retrieval and memory
Required Skills:

A track record of improving production reliability for systems used by real customers. A bias for action and the ability to take a hard problem from idea to production. Bonus points (if any) Have built something people used/paid for (founder/startup) Have a construction background Are impact-driven
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required.
