General Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire Opportunity!

Full-Time | 1st Shift – Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm + OT on Fridays

Competitive Pay | Based on Experience - $23-$28/hr.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, minor electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Complete general building and facility maintenance
• Install, repair, and replace machine components as needed
• Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work closely with maintenance and production teams to ensure equipment reliability

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Ability to read basic diagrams and equipment manuals
• Dependable with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment

Preferred Experience

• Industrial maintenance experience
• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
• PLC troubleshooting experience is beneficial but not required
• Forklift or aerial lift experience is a plus
