We're looking for passionate, licensed RNs, NPs, or PAs to join our clinical team and deliver exceptional, patient-first care.As a LaserAway Aesthetic Nurse, you'll provide elective, non-surgical treatments including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and injectables in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment. This is not a sales role—but your clinical care and patient education play a key part in retention and results.Deliver FDA-cleared treatments with precision and careEducate patients on procedures, post-treatment expectations, and long-term careDocument treatments accurately using clinic software systemsCollaborate with your Location Director and Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to optimize schedules and maintain seamless clinic operationsRotate across 1 to 3 local clinicsMaintain a professional appearance and uphold the LaserAway brand standardClinics are open 7 days a week and schedules are published two weeks in advance.Paid onboarding program with virtual, in-clinic, and self-paced learningStarts with core treatments and gradually expands across our full service menuTraining pay: $20/hour during hands-on learning sessionsFull clinical rate begins after initial sign-offsActive RN, NP, or PA license in the state of employment (required)Minimum 1 year of hospital-based nursing experience required (excluding nursing school clinical rotations).
