Civil CAD Technician

Absolute Engineering, Inc. is looking for Civil CADD Technician.
Salary commensurate with experience along with a full benefits package and bonus program. Full Job Description:As a CADD Tech, you will work with a site/civil engineering team designing Land Development projects including mixed-use developments, townhomes, single-family, multi-family residential subdivisions, and commercial projects.
Responsibilities :- Prepares zoning plans for submittal to government agencies and municipalities.
- Works with the designer in developing construction plans.
- Prepares drainage, grading, and roadway plans.
- Prepares conceptual layouts.
- Updates plans with notes and legal descriptions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and suggest solutions to problems to complete the project.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years professional work experience.
- Desire to design Land Development projects.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, required, Civil 3D and ArcGIS a plus.
- Work experience in a civil firm desired.
- Be flexible and willing to work within a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be able to work and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and team members.
- Self-starter, able to perform duties independently as well as in a team environment
