Customer Success Manager 120,000 - 165,000 per year | San Francisco, CA | On‑Site | Permanent We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our fast‑paced Tech Services team. This role is integral to our company's success and growth, acting as the critical liaison between our clients and our services. Responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for understanding customer outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback. You’ll drive the success and growth of our customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
