Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience
• HCHB experience

Assignment Details

• Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
• Territory: Perry and Morgan counties
• 32 points weekly

Zanesville, Ohio offers access to outdoor recreation and regional travel routes for clinicians seeking a home health assignment in east-central Ohio.
