Registered Nurse - Med/SurgThis is a night shift position from 19:00 to 07:00, requiring four weekend days every four weeks. There is no on-call requirement.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team. The unit provides care for 14-22 beds with a collaborative environment where all team members support one another. The nurse will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care for patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including cleft palate repair, appendectomy, and chest tube management.Manage patient conditions and participate in seizure management and lumbar punctures.Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and patient records.Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective patient flow and treatment.Support patients through non-invasive cardiology care.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent BLS and PALS certifications are required.ACLS certification is preferred.Experience in a similar Med/Surg environment is highly valued.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
