Director of Employee Relations - Strategic HR Leader (In-Office)

D.R. Horton

D.R. Horton, Inc. in Arlington, TX seeks a Director of Employee Relations to lead the ER strategy, policy governance, and complex case management. You will partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to ensure compliant, fair handling of matters and mitigate risk while promoting engagement and company values.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, multi-state exposure, and the ability to travel up to 15%. Excellent collaboration with Legal and leadership is essential.
