This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across departments, and contributing to accurate financial reporting and month-end close processes. Key Responsibilities* Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.* Support month-end close and maintain general ledger accounts.* Assist with internal and external audits, including schedules and supporting documentation.* Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and audit findings.* Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.* Help document and improve accounting processes and procedures.* Support special projects as needed. Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.* 2+ years of accounting experience.* Strong understanding of GAAP.* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
