10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL‑A Regional Drivers to operate from Latham, NY, on a Northeast regional fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage‑based pay, and a $4,000 sign‑on bonus. Drivers typically haul freight through the Northeast corridor—from Northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio—with regular home time on Saturdays and Sundays for a 34‑hour reset.
- Sign‑on bonus: $4,000
- Pay: $0.80–$0.85 per mile
- Home time: Saturday and Sunday for a 34‑hour reset
- Average miles: Approximately 1,500 miles per week (dependent on hours and freight)
- Average length of haul: ~400 miles
- Performance bonus: Up to $0.03 per mile (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Additional pay: Stop pay ($20 for first stop, $35 for second, $50 for third and beyond), $65 for Long Island deliveries, detention pay $12.50 per hour after 2 hours
- Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
- Top earners: Top regional drivers on this fleet can earn up to $1,850 weekly
Lane details
Drivers operate a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network, generally covering Virginia through Maine with typical freight lanes running from Northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio. Occasional routes outside the primary area may be used to maximize miles while preserving weekly reset time. Drivers who opt to remain out instead of returning home for their reset may be eligible to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay. Willingness to drive into New York City is advantageous but not required.
Minimum qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor‑trailer experience
- Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
- Willingness to handle both live loads and preloaded trailer freight
