The Cook Helper supports the kitchen team by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing supplies in a small kitchen setting. This role involves working closely under the direction of the kitchen manager to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food ingredients for cooking and assembly
• Handle ingredients following food safety guidelines
• Clean kitchen equipment and work areas thoroughly
• Assist with inventory tracking and stock replenishment
• Organize kitchen supplies and maintain orderly workspaces
• Manage waste disposal to maintain kitchen hygiene
• Store food items properly to prevent spoilage
• Support cooks by assisting in various kitchen tasks as needed
