Position Summary / Resumen del PuestoEl Trabajador de Campo / Operador de Tractores y Maquinaria Agrícola es responsable de apoyar las operaciones diarias en una huerta de nogal pecanero ubicada en la región de Las Cruces, Nuevo México. Este puesto combina actividades generales de campo con la operación segura y eficiente de tractores y equipo agrícola para el mantenimiento, producción y cuidado del cultivo.El empleado participará en labores como control de maleza, riego, siembra, aplicación de insumos agrícolas y mantenimiento general de la huerta. Asimismo, operará maquinaria agrícola según sea necesario, garantizando su uso adecuado y realizando inspecciones y mantenimiento básico preventivo, incluyendo revisión diaria, engrasado, llenado de listas de chequeo y reporte oportuno de cualquier anomalía.Se espera que los trabajadores tengan habilidades o disposición para aprender a manejar tractores y equipos agrícolas; se proporcionará capacitación en caso de no contar con experiencia previa.
