Subcontract and Production Coordinator

Responsibilities Manage the entire subcontracting process from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to foster collaboration and resolve any issues that may arise. Monitor subcontractor performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to subcontract agreements and modifications. Collaborate with internal teams to align subcontracting strategies with overall business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong computer skills with experience learning ERP and MRP systems. Demonstration in creating spreadsheets and using AI to organize information and monitor progress. Proven experience in subcontract management or procurement, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
