Cabinet Finishing Technician

Position Summary The Cabinet Manufacturing & Finishing Technician is responsible for producing, modifying, and finishing cabinet components in both small- and large-batch production environments. This role involves operating CNC machinery as well as large-scale commercial painting equipment and spray booths, while following established work instructions and quality standards. Primary Responsibilities Operate CNC machinery to produce parts in accordance with specifications and work instructions. Operate painting equipment, including proper surface preparation, application, and cleanup. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC and painting equipment. Ensure all manufactured and finished products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Safely operate all assigned equipment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures. Participate in required meetings and training sessions. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Education & Skills Previous experience in cabinet construction and/or finishing preferred. Experience operating CNC machinery preferred.
