Experienced Staff Analyst

Position Title: Experienced Staff Analyst Company: The Boeing Company, Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Location: Kennedy Space Center, FL This role supports our Space and Intelligence delivery team. The candidate will work cross‑functionally with various departments to build relationships and support teammates, develop a deep understanding of programs and sites, collaborate, integrate across functions, execute projects, and act as a self‑starter. Responsibilities Manages and provides reporting for staffing on the program, including the use of the Adaptive Planning tool. Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized organizational information. Provides data for management review and tracks execution of the plan to communicate status to all project participants. Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or organizational materials to senior leaders. Provides logistics and facilitation of personnel seating and moves between buildings. Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners, and customers to deploy broad organizational onboarding and training. Basic Qualifications Experience in using the MyLearning system. Experience working closely with Facilities Operations, Purchase Orders, and/or classified work environment. Self‑motivated problem‑solver comfortable with dynamic, fast‑paced environments. Experience with project management and the ability to self‑manage projects. 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office software. 3+ years of experience synthesizing information and creating reports. 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher. 3+ years of experience as a Project Management Specialist utilizing standard project management tools, demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution. Ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter‑relationships of business decisions. Relocation and Travel Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.
