Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)Evergreen Healthcare Group is currently seeking a licensed nursing home administrator that possesses an intuitive, flexible and entrepreneurial spirit to oversee the operations of one of our skilled nursing centers in the Olympia area. As a nursing home administrator, you are responsible for the overall management of a facility.Essential functions include:Financial managementQuality managementHuman resource managementPhysical plant managementMarketing & community relationsFamiliarity with state nursing center rules and regulations, and applicable federal and state laws.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with center staff and customers.Education, licensure, and experience:Required: Licensed as a nursing home administrator in WashingtonPreferred: Two years' experience as an NHAFull benefits package:Private health care plan (medical, dental, & vision)Training & development opportunitiesAdministrator bonus planLife insuranceEmployee assistance plan and more!We strive to embody and stand for both a spirit and value system that encourages loyalty, honesty, and a commitment to caring from our belief that people are always the number one priority.Evergreen Healthcare Group is an equal opportunity employer.
