Domain assignments may include ambulatory care, inpatient operations, quality and patient safety, perioperative/surgical services, procedural specialties, emergency department, revenue cycle, population health, or other areas. The Sr. Analyst independently manages a complex portfolio of analytics work, partnering with leaders to define needs, scope projects, negotiate timelines, and deliver insights that drive clinical, operational, and quality improvement. Education: • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field preferred. Experience: • 3-6 years of healthcare analytics or data analysis experience. • Demonstrated experience with Epic Cogito tools and Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. • Experience independently managing analytics workloads and stakeholder relationships. • Demonstrated ability to mentor or lead task-level work for junior staff. • Experience working in agile product delivery preferred.
