Investment Banking Analyst to Senior Associate Telecom / TMT Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY A leading investment bank is seeking Analysts through Senior Associates to join its Telecom / TMT practice. The team is executing on a high-volume, active deal pipeline and offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact transactions alongside experienced senior bankers. Responsibilities Execute M&A and capital markets transactions from pitch through close Build and own detailed financial models, including valuation analyses Develop client presentations and marketing materials Conduct in-depth industry and company research across Telecom / TMT Partner closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal lifecycle Qualifications 1–5 years of experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Advisory Background from a Big 4 Corporate Finance / Advisory group preferred Experience or demonstrated interest in media, entertainment, or broader TMT sectors Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
