Drive the Numbers.Top Line Car Care is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our repair shop in Wylie, Texas.This is not an entry-level management position. We need an accomplished automotive professional who understands how a successful independent repair shop operates—from delivering world-class customer service and managing workflow to building a strong shop culture and improving financial performance.The right person will bring mature leadership, strong business judgment, and at least 10 years of direct automotive repair industry experience.What You'll Be Responsible ForOversee the shop's daily operations and overall performanceDeliver a consistently high level of customer serviceLead, support, and hold service advisors and technicians accountableMaintain an efficient workflow from vehicle intake through completionMonitor sales, productivity, profitability, and other key shop metricsIdentify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operating resultsBuild a professional, positive, and performance-driven cultureAddress customer concerns and resolve problems professionallyMaintain clear communication between the front counter and repair teamHelp the shop achieve continued, sustainable growthWhat We're Looking ForAt least 10 years of automotive repair industry experiencePrevious automotive service manager, shop manager, or general manager experienceDirect experience working inside an automotive repair facilityStrong understanding of shop operations and financial performanceAbility to interpret and manage key performance indicatorsProven experience leading service advisors and automotive techniciansExcellent customer-service and conflict-resolution skillsStrong workflow, organizational, and communication abilitiesProfessional judgment, accountability, and emotional maturityA track record of improving sales, productivity, culture, or profitabilityCandidates whose management experience comes primarily from outside the automotive repair industry will not be the right fit for this role.CompensationStarting salary: $65,000 annually3% performance-based manager bonusFinal compensation will be based on experience, leadership ability, and demonstrated automotive management resultsWhy Top Line Car Care?This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of a growing automotive repair operation.
