Location: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora

Department : Pre Op AIP - The ANM supports a team of RNs and support staff who care for patients before surgery. We will have a total of 40 ORs in Central and 9 ORs in East. We care for patients having surgery for a wide range of procedures such as a knee replacement to a CABG to a liver transplant; gyn onc and urology surgeries as well. We prep patients coming in from home and also who are in-patients. This job entails 4 10hr shifts. We take Periop manager on-call about 3 weeks out of the year. I know most managers probably say this but we have the BEST team. We have nurses who are engaged and invested in our patients and improving the care we provide. We have excellent team work. The staff members say that Pre-op is a gem that is not widely known about in the hospital.

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $42.90 - $66.50 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Nursing. Preferred: Master's in Nursing.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Relevant certification as determined at position level.
• 3 years of experience in related clinical areas.
• PALS within 6 month of hire or transfer
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
