Construction Project Manager

At KLRE’s Guaranteed Offers Division, we’re looking for a Project Manager who can drive results, lead with confidence, and optimize complex processes—from acquisition to re-listing. You’ll oversee residential renovation projects, managing timelines, budgets, contractors, and quality control with precision, urgency, and innovation. This role is central to transforming purchased homes into market-ready listings—on time, on budget, and with excellence.

Responsibilities

• Problem-solve proactively: Spot risks early, adapt quickly, and drive solutions that protect timelines and budgets
• Own project delivery: Manage renovations from acquisition through final walkthrough, ensuring every milestone is met with precision
• Lead with clarity: Build strong, accountable relationships with subcontractors and GCs. Set expectations, hold the line, and drive performance
• Systematize and scale: Help transition to a fully subcontracted model and implement repeatable processes to support 100+ active projects
• Control costs: Ensure tight budget adherence and help achieve 15%+ savings per project compared to traditional GC models
• Uphold excellence: Ensure contractor work meets or exceeds KLRE’s standards. Execute punch lists and manage post-construction adjustments
• Stay sharp on data: Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM entries—scope, budgets, timelines, and change orders—across all projects

Key Strengths We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in managing contractor accountability
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced decision-making
• High tech fluency and adaptability (Salesforce experience a plus)
• Deep understanding of residential construction, renovation, and project flow
