The practice environment offers meaningful opportunities for collaboration and professional growth, including work alongside: Rehabilitation psychology Pain psychology Neurology Rehabilitation therapists Additional collaboration and development opportunities include: Monthly case consultations with the broader neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology team Monthly continuing education through the mental health service line A strong sense of connection to both the site-specific team and the broader psychology/mental health community Schedule & Work Structure 40 hours/week (M–F) Flexibility between day and evening hours Primarily on-site Potential for ~1 remote day/week No call requirement Job Description: Allina Health is seeking a Neuropsychologist to join our collaborative and mission-driven team. In this role, you will provide adult neuropsychological assessments for a variety of referral sources, including neurology, neurosurgery, primary care, cardiology, organ transplant, and other specialties from our large health system. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values interdisciplinary rehabilitation care and enjoys working closely with a broad team of clinicians to support patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring an interest in or experience with rehabilitation settings and be comfortable collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to help inform treatment planning and ongoing care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct neuropsychological assessments for patients across the adult lifespan Evaluate and support patients with conditions, including, but not limited to: Neurodegenerative diseases Traumatic brain injury (TBI) Stroke Tumor Systemic medical conditions and organ transplant Neurodevelopmental disorders Neuropsychiatric disorders Interpret assessment findings and provide clear, clinically meaningful recommendations Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive treatment planning Partner with PT, OT, SLP and other colleagues to help guide patient care within a rehabilitation-focused environment Contribute to a team-centered approach that emphasizes high-quality, coordinated care To schedule a brief call or submit your CV before applying, contact Catie Gramm at View email address on click.appcast.io or text View phone number on click.appcast.io. Required Qualifications Doctoral degree from an APA- or CPA-accredited psychology program, an internship with experience in neuropsychology, and a postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology. Licenses/Certifications Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days Board Certified in Clinical Neuropsychology or Pediatric Neuropsychology, or ABPP board eligible with attainment of certification within five years of hire date Physical Demands Sedentary: Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently Pay Range Pay Range: $141,750 to $147,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
