NeighborScapes NFP in Harvey, IL is hosting seven AmeriCorps members as the Harvey Conservation Corps, a full- or part-time service program to revitalize green spaces around the southern Chicago suburb. AmeriCorps members will support community gardens, urban farms, and healthy streetscapes, creating and maintaining nature trails, and helping residents with environmental stewardship and health education.
