Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience will be considered

Job Duties

• Operate powered equipment to load, unload, transport, and stack material safely and efficiently
• Put away and relocate client product on pallets and in cartons using various forklift equipment, recording locations accurately
• Load outgoing materials onto carrier, LTL, and client vehicles and trailers
• Support the shipping specialist with assembling, addressing, labeling, and shipping materials
• Record shipment data, including weight, charges, space availability, damages, and discrepancies, for accurate reporting and record keeping

Experience Requirements

• One year of stand-up forklift experience required
• Warehouse or material handler experience preferred
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Natural leadership qualities

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment for extended periods Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and stack material as required by the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout a full shift in a warehouse setting

What You Will Do

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

A Forklift Operator supports warehouse productivity by transporting, stacking, loading, and organizing inventory using powered industrial equipment. This role combines equipment skill with organization and attention to detail while maintaining safe warehouse operations.

The Forklift Operator works with forklifts, warehouse equipment, inventory systems, and shipping operations while helping maintain efficient material flow throughout the facility. Safe operating practices support long-term success.
