Cosentino's is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store, fostering a positive customer experience, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a keen understanding of retail operations, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Director in overseeing all store operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

• Lead and motivate a team of associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment through effective Leadership and Coaching.

• Drive Sales initiatives and monitor performance against targets, implementing strategies to achieve store goals.

• Ensure exceptional ** Customer Service** is delivered consistently.

• Oversee Merchandising and product placement to maximize visual appeal and drive sales.

• Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation, contributing to efficient Operations.

• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and safety standards.

• Utilize Decision Making skills to address operational challenges and customer concerns effectively.

• Develop and implement Problem Solving strategies to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role, with a proven track record of success.

• Working knowledge of retail operations and inventory management principles.

• Thorough knowledge of customer service best practices and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

• Comprehensive knowledge of effective Leadership and team management techniques.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to make sound Decision Making in fast-paced environments.

• A valid driver's license is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Merchandising best practices and visual display techniques.

• Proven ability in Problem Solving and implementing effective solutions.
