Tax Accountant

Overview A client in the entertainment industry is seeking an additional resource to add to their indirect tax team. This person is responsible for completing all tasks relating to indirect tax returns, and similar payments for all internal entities. The candidate will work with tax audits and research as well as being up to date with tax law developments. The primary responsibility of this role will be to analyze and prepare reports of property/sales/use/gross receipts tax for allocated business areas. Reconciliation of indirect tax activity and supporting tax notices & audits are also applicable responsibilities. The work schedule is hybrid; 4 days in office in Orlando, FL, 8:00-5:00 EST Monday-Friday. Responsibilities Complete all tasks relating to indirect tax returns, and similar payments for all internal entities. Analyze and prepare reports of property/sales/use/gross receipts tax for allocated business areas. Reconcile indirect tax activity and supporting tax notices & audits. Work with tax audits and research; stay up to date with tax law developments.
