Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute meal break), no weekend rotation
Hours per Week: 40
Bill Rate: $46-$50/hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs to develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
- Advocate for patients' well-being in a supportive, small-facility environment
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Mississippi (or willingness to obtain)
- Graduate from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's program
- Previous experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings is a plus
- Strong communication skills to connect with patients, families, and team members
- Ability to assess patient needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly
Knowledge & Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques
- Proficiency in creating and implementing individualized care plans
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
