Enrollment Specialist

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Location: Chicopee, MA
Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary for 3 months

Responsibilities

Conduct intake appointments and determine eligibility for programs.
Explain enrollment requirements, procedures, funding options, and client responsibilities.
Collect, review, and verify required documentation.
Process enrollments, reassessments, transfers, terminations, and schedule changes.
Manage an assigned caseload and follow up with clients.
Maintain accurate client records using agency systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
9 months-2 years of related administrative, customer service, or enrollment experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn agency-specific systems.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
