Responsibilities
- Conduct intake appointments and determine eligibility for programs.
- Explain enrollment requirements, procedures, funding options, and client responsibilities.
- Collect, review, and verify required documentation.
- Process enrollments, reassessments, transfers, terminations, and schedule changes.
- Manage an assigned caseload and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate client records using agency systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 9 months-2 years of related administrative, customer service, or enrollment experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn agency-specific systems.
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
