Provide radiologic care to patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders.
Routine Radiographs, Barium Fluoroscopy studies, Orthopedic Outpatient X-Rays, and C-arm OR studies.
Dress code: Hospital blue scrubs, business casual with a lab coat, basic plain personal scrubs. No hooded sweatshirts. Closed toe shoes-sneakers or clogs. Hair worn pulled back if longer than shoulder length, no dangling earrings.
Equipment: Siemens c-arms, Siemens Agile fluoro/DR room, Fuji DR and Philips and Client rooms with FUJI Computed Radiography.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED.


NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).


As of 1/1/24 - all new and returning agency staff must have de-escalation training as part of their onboarding and clearance. Facility As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance: CPI, AVADE or MOAB.
