Position Overview

Client is seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to support data analysis, data profiling, querying, mapping, and business requirements initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience working with data, a solid understanding of dimensional data structures, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in an Agile environment , managing multiple priorities, facilitating discussions, and translating business needs into clear data requirements and solutions.

Required

• Strong hands-on experience in business/data analysis .
• Proven experience with data profiling, data querying, data mapping, and data analysis .
• Strong understanding of dimensional data structures/models .
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and IT stakeholders .
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with large or complex datasets.
• Experience supporting enterprise data initiatives or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes and data flows within an enterprise environment.
