As a cornerstone of our hospitality team, you will help drive our financial strategy and success, empowering CÉ LA VI to thrive in a dynamic, competitive market.WHAT'S THE SCOPE?Located in the heart of Miami, this full-time leadership role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000/year, bonus eligibility, and company-paid employee benefits. This includes:Health insurancePaid time off (PTO)Growth opportunitiesCompany -provided uniformsEngaging company partiesA birthday vacation day during your birthday monthYou will work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, supporting our operation during regular business hours and collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders.YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTERAs Finance Manager, you will spend your days preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide business decisions and tracking performance against targets. You will oversee the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and corporate governance. You will lead the finance team, mentor staff, and foster productivity, all while managing working capital and cash flow. Your day will also include collaborating with operations on cost control, supporting inventory management, and liaising with bankers, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and external auditors.FINANCE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:Degree in Accountancy / CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent5+ years of experience in commercial or audit rolesHands-on experience with systems implementation and setupWorking knowledge of POS (Micros), payment gateways, inventory management and costing systems, accounting and reporting systems (SAP, Oracle FCCS)Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsAttention to detail and action-oriented mindsetAdaptable in a dynamic, constantly changing environmentRelevant food and beverage experience in hotels, restaurants, bars, or lounges is preferred!ABOUT USAt CÉ LA VI, we invite you to bring your energy and creativity to a vibrant space where living life to the fullest is our daily philosophy.
