Job Description Park 6 Logistics is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with questions and service requests, providing accurate information, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Assist customers with questions, service information, requests, and general inquiries. Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services and processes. Document customer conversations and update records accurately. Follow up with customers when additional information or assistance is required. Identify customer needs and help provide appropriate solutions. Maintain a professional and positive approach during every interaction. Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments. Meet established service, productivity, and quality standards. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Support additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional and customer-oriented communication style. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone. Excellent organization and time-management skills. Comfortable working with computers, customer databases, and communication systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and conversations efficiently. Detail-oriented with accurate data-entry skills.
