- Starting at $18.00/hr, up to $21.00/hr (based on experience)

- Full-Time, Day Shift: 6:00am - 3:00pm

- Tuesday - Saturday schedule (Sundays & Mondays OFF)

In this role, you'll partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding execution, coach team members, and help create a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment.

• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, product resets, remodels, and special projects.
• Lead assigned shifts and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing company standards and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Build positive relationships with customers, store leadership, and team members.
• Promote a culture of safety by modeling safe work practices and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Utilize company technology and reporting systems to support daily operations and project execution.

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experiencepreferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned, both in the local pod and the wider region

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.
• Lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Safely move carts, fixtures, and merchandising equipment as needed.
