Sr. CRM Analytics Developer

Role Description
As a Data Architect and Sr. CRM Analytics Developer, you will be responsible for defining the data requirements and structure for the application. You will model and design the application data structure, storage, and integration.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team.
- Manage team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Master proficiency in Salesforce Einstein Sales Cloud is required.
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce Industries Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Advanced proficiency in Data Access.
- Expert proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
- Master proficiency in Salesforce Einstein Studio is recommended.
- Develop innovative dashboards, data models, and designs for the application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data requirements are met.
- Implement data integration strategies and solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on data-related matters.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data architecture.
Qualifications
- Senior engineer with excellent client interaction skills.
- Capable of independently leading conversations.
- Expertise in designing and implementing CRMA dashboards using appropriate architectural and design principles.
Requirements
- Salesforce Industry Consumer Goods Cloud - 1+ Years (Nice-to-have).
