Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with integrity, reliability, and teamwork while making a meaningful impact for employees, visitors, and the surrounding community.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor customer and employee activity, observe for policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or unauthorized access, and communicate findings according to post instructions.
• Support asset protection and store operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with access control, and/or helping with crowd management during busy business periods or special events.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
