What You'll Do

• Evaluate people and develop personalized therapy plans.

• Provide physical therapy services to help people reach their goals.

• Recommend adaptive equipment and positioning supports.

• Partner with families, staff, and other professionals to support each person's success.

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and students, as assigned.

• Complete documentation and maintain records that meet regulatory requirements.

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy.

• Current New York State Physical Therapist license.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform required physical tasks.

• Eligibility to drive Springbrook vehicles, if needed.

• Willingness to participate in aquatic therapy, when required.
