The Role
- Provide high-quality medical, dental and surgical care consistent with a busy general practice
- Manage same-day urgent cases during business hours, including triage, stabilization and follow-up plans
- Perform soft-tissue procedures and dental treatments, with support from skilled technicians
- Interpret in-house diagnostics and imaging to guide efficient, evidence-based care
- Maintain anesthesia and patient monitoring standards, and ensure excellent inpatient and postoperative care
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients about diagnoses, treatment options and preventive care
- Contribute to a positive team culture, supporting training and mentorship where needed

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Maryland, or eligibility to obtain
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills and a client-centered approach
- Comfort with general practice surgery and dentistry preferred; mentorship available for developing clinicians
