Customer Support Representative

Teammates will be expected to perform all duties prescribed hereafter in this job description. All employees have reviewed this document prior to beginning service with the company. Failure to perform any or all duties may result in restricted duty or possible termination.

Customer Support Rep. will assist with the daily operations of the convenience store to include the following areas:

• Operation of POS equipment to include, register, lottery machine, fuel console, cc machine.
• Support of customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Physical upkeep of the facility and products.
• Stock and organize physical inventory.
• Balance daily shift totals to include cash, CC, Lotto, and Fuel.
• Support of food service personnel when ever possible, answering phones, taking orders, etc.

Customer Support Rep. will be expected to perform in the following manner:

• All employees will maintain a courteous and friendly disposition while at work.
• Employees will treat fellow employees and customers with respect.
• Employees will maintain a clean and presentable appearance.
• Employees will adhere to policies outlined in Grass Roots Handbook.
• Employees will be accountable for daily sales totals and shortages.

Physical Requirements:

• Customer Support Rep. must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Customer Support Rep. must be able to endure extreme temperature change.
• Customer Support Rep. may be exposed to cleaning materials or solvents.

Educational Requirements:

• Customer Support Rep. must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer Support Rep. must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Mid level computer skills.
• Must be able to compute basic math equations.

Designated management representative may amend Job descriptions at any time. Physical limitations to amendments will be taken into account. Employees will be expected to perform up to current standards at all times.
