• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $70.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Night Shift, 3x12 Hours, 17:00-5:30
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a Labor and Delivery travel/contract Registered Nurse opportunity at an acute care hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. The facility has 277 total staffed beds and uses Epic for charting.

Required Skills

• Labor and delivery experience required (hard stop)
• Post-partum experience required (hard stop)
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Ability to float between like units as required
• First-time travelers accepted

Preferred Skills

• AWHONN Advanced certification preferred

Education Requirements

• Active RN License required
• ACLS certification required
• AWHONN Intermediate certification required
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Pending license NOT accepted
• AWHONN Advanced certification preferred

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Type of facility: Acute Care Hospital
• Total staffed beds: 277
• Charting system: Epic
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:3
• Shift: Night (3x12 Hours), 17:00-5:30
• 4x12 scheduling available upon request
• Orientation: 36 hours
• Traveler will be required to float between like units
• Local candidates not accepted
• Block scheduling: No
• RTO restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission
• Guaranteed hours: Facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period
• Scrub color for RNs: Royal Blue or Navy Blue
• Scrub color for OR/L&D/Endo/PACU: Provided by facility

• Hard stop: Labor and post-partum experience is required - candidates without this experience will not be considered.
• RTO must be included.
• Local candidates are not accepted.
• Pending licenses are not accepted.
• Guaranteed hours: Facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period.
