Community Supports Part Time Transportation Driver
St. Clair | Union | Washington

Part-Time | Monday–Friday | Consistent Schedule | $20/hour + Paid Training

ABiLITY is hiring a Transportation Driver to support individuals with developmental disabilities through safe transportation, community activities, and life-enrichment programs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, prefers a predictable weekday schedule, and likes a mix of driving and hands-on support.

Schedule

Split shift schedule

• Morning Route: Starts as early as 6:45 AM and ends around 9:30 AM
• Afternoon Route: Starts around 1:45 PM and ends by 5:00 PM
• Average 20–30 hours per week
• Additional opportunities for evening recreation events and Special Olympics coaching may be available.

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport individuals to and from programs and community activities using agency vehicles
• Support individuals during community outings, recreation, and social activities
• Assist with Special Olympics practices and events as needed
• Complete simple daily documentation and transportation logs

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Age 25+
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
• State minimum auto insurance coverage
• Class E (Chauffeur’s) License or willingness to obtain— we help you get it!
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical (agency paid)
• Four years of personal driving experience
• Willingness to complete paid CPR, First Aid, CPI, and Medication Aide training
